Twickenham Conservative Parliamentary Spokesperson Jonathan Hulley spent Sunday afternoon meeting residents and stallholders at the Teddington Village Fair.   He received a warm reception as he moved between the stalls.  He also took part in a litter pick with the Teddington Society to ensure the area was left in pristine condition after the event,
